Biography :

Growing up Destiny loved looking at home ads and flyers. She believes her entire life has led her to have a career in Real Estate. Destiny moved to Milaca in 2005 and graduated from Milaca High School. Destiny and her husband have three children. She helps coach her youngest daughter’s volleyball team. She is a member of the Economic Development Committee, Rum River Foundation, Milaca Area Chambers, Milaca School Public Relations and Basketball Association. She also helps at Kids Club and Vocational Bible School at her church.  They live in Destiny’s dream home a few miles out of town. In Destiny’s free time she loves to spend time with her kids and family.

How do I even start with explaining this amazing house buying journey!? Well for starters, I’ve known Destiny for many years - starting in high school at MHS. We were close friends, many of my favorite memory’s include her! Fast forward 10 years, we kept in touch on and off, but never losing the genuine bond of laughter and fun. I remember meeting up with her and looking at our very first showing; The house wasn’t livable, I even accidentally broke the handle off of the front door! Lol! But she was still more than willing to drive 30-40 minutes just to open the front door and let me see the house. For months we just wanted to view houses, and Destiny was always willing to drive to meet us. Once we were ready to actually purchase a home, she was so helpful with sharing any concerns about what we were looking at. Luckily it didn’t take long for us to find the house of our dreams! We are now settled in to our perfect home, and we owe it all to the help of our amazing realtor!

Realtors- Let’s talk about them... I’m not a fan of them, in fact most of them our selfish. However this time around I decided to go with someone who I knew in high school. Granted we never talked a ton before this, but I trusted her. I knew she truly cared about her clients, and wasn’t in it just for the “quick sale”. Let me break down the “care” part. Here’s what she did. 1. Listened.. she listen to our concerns and listened to what we thought would be a appropriate to list our house at. She didn’t tell us no, or “that’s out of range”. She said in fact.. let’s go for it and see what happens. 2. Accommodating- She went above and beyond our expeditions as a realtor. She answered every phone call, text, with in a matter of min. And if she didn’t know the answer, she quickly found it. 3. Kind, courteous and happy. Her smile alone takes the stress away from a big transition. 4. Never pressured us into doing something we didn’t want to do. In fact she let us make the decisions and made suggestions along the way. 5. Organized- Everything done was in a timely matter. We never had to wait for this or for that. She was efficient with delivered documents and scheduling appt. as well as telling us where we need to be or what we needed to do. Her communication, efficiency, and care made this ONE of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a realtor. I even told her.. she needs to get her real estate license in Montana. She’s that good.
